Twelve athletes. One Sunday evening.

Writing next week for everyone takes the night. FittrLife drafts it from each athlete's race, their last four weeks and what they actually completed — then hands it to you to change. You coach. It does the typing.

Your athletes

Last 4 weeks

Priya R.Berlin · 6 wks
Tom A.Ironman UK · 11 wks
Jess M.Boston · 4 wks

Missed 3 sessions

Dan K.Half · 9 wks
Aiko T.70.3 Nice · 7 wks

Ferritin 18 ng/mL

Two athletes need you this week. The other three are on track.

It drafts. You decide what ships.

Nothing reaches an athlete's calendar without you putting it there. Generate a block, change the sessions you'd have written differently, and apply it — or write the week yourself and never use the draft at all.

Your sessions, saved once

Build the workouts you actually prescribe into a library, then drop them into any athlete's week. Yours stay private unless you publish them.

A block in a few minutes

Pick the race and the weeks. You get a periodised plan with your own sessions in it, which you edit before anyone sees it.

Changes stay yours

Edit one session or rewrite the block. The draft never writes back over a decision you've made.

Open an athlete and the whole picture is already there

No chasing screenshots before a check-in call. Their calendar, what they completed against what you planned, their bloodwork, and the notes you keep on them — one view, kept current by the athlete simply training.

Message them from the same place. Nothing to export, nothing to remember to send.

Ask about one athlete, or all of them

Nova knows your roster. Open it on an athlete's page and it already knows who you're looking at.

Who dropped volume this week without telling me?
Jess is four weeks out and missed three sessions — what would you cut?
Which of my athletes race in the next six weeks?

It can move sessions and rebuild a block when you ask it to. As with the plan drafts, nothing lands on an athlete's calendar that you haven't approved.

Bring your athletes across

Invite them by email. They connect Strava or Garmin, and their history comes with them — so you're not coaching blind in week one.
